• Refund requests within 3 days of purchase.
• No refund if more than 20% content accessed.
• No refund if materials are downloaded.
• No refunds on discounted or partial payments.

3. Online / Live Training

• Refund requests within 7 days of batch start.
• No refund after attending more than 2 sessions.
• No refund if more than 10% content accessed.
