All payments made on iRisePro are non-refundable by default. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once a payment is successfully processed, except under the special circumstances outlined below.

If a user has been charged twice for the same service due to a technical glitch, bank issue, or Razorpay processing error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
In case a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, please allow up to 7 business days for automatic reversal by your bank. If not resolved, contact us with the transaction reference ID for manual assistance.
