At iRisePro™, we strive to offer high-quality, engaging, and transformative programs. We value your trust and are committed to maintaining transparency in how we handle payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. No Automatic Refunds

All payments made on iRisePro are non-refundable by default. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once a payment is successfully processed, except under the special circumstances outlined below.

We understand that emergencies can arise. If a user is unable to participate in the program due to a serious medical emergency, personal emergency, or any documented unavoidable crisis, they may submit a refund request for review.

If a user has been charged twice for the same service due to a technical glitch, bank issue, or Razorpay processing error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Failed Transactions

In case a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, please allow up to 7 business days for automatic reversal by your bank. If not resolved, contact us with the transaction reference ID for manual assistance.
